Jenny did a fabulous job helping us plan our recent trip to South Korea. We went to her with just a few ideas of specific things we wanted to see and do while we were there. Jenny researched our options and put together a comprehensive itinerary, keeping our budget in mind. Jenny is amazing. She took on a very difficult task in planning a trip to Ireland for several generations in my family that was the wish of my aunt who had terminal cancer. She planned an amazing trip that included a challenging itinerary throughout various regions and helped with all the details. Sadly, we were not able to go as my aunt's condition rapidly deteriorated just prior to departure. Jenny supported us every step of the way emotionally and logistically. She was truly a rockstar. Our family just returned from our Disney World trip that Jenny planned for us. Word's cannot describe how thankful we are for her help, speed, excellence, details, and consideration. Every need was met flawlessly. I'll never be a millionaire, but I can imagine that this type of concierge travel planning is the closest one can get. She planned our tickets, events, all travel, rooms, and even our baggage porting. All of our arrangements, plans, arm bands (Fast Pass), boarding passes, and luggage tags came via mail/email. Jenny really has vacation planning for Disney down to an art form! All we had to do was show up at the airport with our bags and ready to have fun. Jenny hand crafted a dream destination just for us. I just returned from a trip to Iceland/Scandinavian Cruise. Jenny planned the whole trip. She went out of her way to send us pictures and information on things we might want to see while in port. She'd been to Iceland recently and provided us with information for great places to dine at while we were there. Everything was taken care of, including her checking us in for our various flights. She is awesome! She's so quick to respond to any questions that might arise.
